Refund & Return Policy**
Thank you for shopping with Glow Pretty Things! We want every customer to love their purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please review our policy below.
✨ All Sales Are Final
Because our products are made in small batches and many items are custom designed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
However, if there is an issue with your order, we are always here to help.
✨ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

Include:
Your order number
- A clear photo of the product
- A photo of the shipping box + packing materials
- Brief explanation of the issue
If approved, we will replace the item or issue store credit.
✨ Candles & Breakable Goods
Because candles and home décor items are fragile and made individually, replacements are only issued for:
- Products damaged in transit
- Manufacturer defects
- Incorrect items sent
We do not accept returns for:
- Used candles
- Items with burned wicks
- Slight variations in color, frosty appearance, or minor imperfections that naturally occur with handcrafted products
✨ Apparel, Accessories & Printed Items
All apparel; mugs, tumblers, and print-on-demand items are final sale.
We only replace these items if:
- They arrive damaged
- There is a print error
- The wrong item/size/color was sent
✨ Lost or Stolen Packages
Glow Pretty Things is not responsible for:
- Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier
- Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
- Lost or stolen packages
Once the package leaves our hands, responsibility transfers to the carrier. We recommend contacting USPS/UPS for assistance.
✨ Order Changes
We cannot modify or cancel orders once they are placed, as they go into immediate processing/production.
✨ International Orders
All international orders are final sale.
Glow Pretty Things is not responsible for:
- Customs fees, taxes, or import charges
- Delivery delays due to customs review
- Lost or unclaimed packages held at customs
