📦 Processing Time

  • All orders ship within 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Candles ship individually to ensure safe handling and prevent breakage.

  • During high-volume seasons (Black Friday, holidays, sales), processing times may be extended.


🇺🇸 U.S. Domestic Shipping

  • We ship nationwide via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days after processing.


🌍 International Shipping

We proudly offer international shipping to the following locations:

Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, Brazil, British Virgin Islands, Canada, Cayman Islands, Dominican Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Jamaica, Japan, Kenya, Liberia, Malaysia, United Kingdom

International Shipping Details

  • Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

  • Delivery usually takes 7–21 business days, depending on customs and carrier processing.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country.


🚚 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.


❗ Address Errors & Returned Packages

Glow Pretty Things is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Delivery delays caused by carriers or customs

  • Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.


🕯️ Candle Shipping Notice

Candles are fragile items and ship separately from apparel or accessories.
You may receive multiple packages if your order includes mixed products.


📬 Lost or Stolen Packages

If the tracking shows "Delivered" but you didn’t receive your package:

  1. Check with your household/neighbors

  2. Contact the carrier directly

  3. Email us at info@glowprettythings.com and we’ll help guide you through the next steps

Glow Pretty Things is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered by the carrier.
