Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During peak seasons and special drops, processing times may be slightly extended. You’ll receive an email once your order has shipped.
Candles Ship Individually
To ensure your candles arrive safely and beautifully:

Candles are packaged and shipped in individual boxes.

If you order multiple candles, they may arrive in separate shipments depending on carrier handling and packaging protection.
You will receive separate tracking numbers when applicable.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your item(s).
Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days once shipped.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Address Information
Please check that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned due to address issues, additional shipping fees may apply to reship.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to replace or refund missing items.
If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos of the packaging and damaged item
We will gladly assist with a replacement or solution.
International Shipping
At this time, we currently ship within the United States only.
